Sandwiches!
Quick, easy, versatile... there must be more sandwich ideas than there are people on this forum, and that's not even counting all the different types of bread! So let's hear people's favourites. Or their most-loathed. Or what they eat most often, what they think other people would like, what's impressively complicated, what's easy... you get the idea.

Peanut butter and banana w/
Peanut butter and banana w/ cheddar cheese is pretty awesome :)
Mmm, sandwiches
I eat rye bread with Tofurkey slices and Vegenaise a lot. Yum! I also love peanut butter, though preferably without jelly--if I want something on it besides peanut butter, I'll use either honey or bananas.
BLT
I've found the simple, classic, sandwiches are the best.
PBJ, BLT, etc.
Just use quality ingredients.
It's amazing how good a simple BLT or PBJ can taste.
A chicken sandwich made from rotisery chicken is very good too.
Just pick one up at the grocery and slice or pull meat off the bird a little mayo and lettuce maybe a slice of fresh ripe tomato and you've got a sandwich that is hard to beat.
Take 2 sandwiches to work
Take 2 sandwiches to work everyday for lunch.
One is PB&J or PB and honey. The other is whatever variety of Sara Lee wheat bread is cheapest that week with light Miracle Whip and whatever lunch meat I can find for cheap (usually ham or turkey of some kind). If tomatoes and avocados are on sell and not over ripe, I add that to the sandwich.
I love
Peanut Butter and Banana, one of my faves. Not sure about with cheddar though, that sounds a bit odd.
I'd have to say aside from PBB, I would have to say ham, turkey, pepperoni, and aged swiss with an ever-so-light layer of honey mustard.
You know what is an awesome side item to sandwiches. French fries. Dipped in honey.
Odd One Eats
When I'm in the mood, there really is nothing better than peanut butter and tomato sandwich.
instant pizza toast
toast 2 slices of bread, spread one with ketchup, cover with cheese and onion and whatever other pizza topping style yummies you have, put second slice of toast on top, and blast in the microwave for about 25 seconds
Everyone Loves Sandwiches!
I made one the other day, sort of stealing the idea from one I bought at Boots, only slightly different:
Wholegrain seedy bread (for the texture), spread with a thin layer of vegan margarine, then some sweet chilli sauce (which came free with the potato wedges when my boyfriend ordered pizza!), then some smoked tofu cut into little chunks. To top it all off, beansprouts - not the long, thin Chinese beansprouts, but lots of different bean-type thing that have sprouted: aduki beans, chickpeas, mung beans etc. I'm told it's very easy to sprout these yourself, but I've never tries it - it's even easier to buy them ready-sprouted!
A bit of a weird sandwich, but surprisingly nice, plus really healthy so you feel good when you eat it!

Loads of Stuff There!
Thanks, but I wasn't actually looking for sandwich ideas - I was just curious to see what everyone else has :D But if anyone else needs ideas they'll know where to come!
I love all kinds.
I've tried the peanut butter, banana and cheddar cheese...they really are amazing. I have a friend that introduced me to this and now my kids love it too!
