Bonus Stories
I thought there might be a nice forum post where all the Bonus Story ideas for Clare to OK or not could go. It would also serve as a reminder for those who have earned a Bonus Story, but have not yet mentioned it to Clare.
Currently, Sharon T. Rose, V, and Mystycalmage (that's me) have earned another Bonus Story. I didn't know if everyone was keeping up with how many points they have, but two other users are only 10 points away.
Anyway, Sharon T. Rose....V.....Step up to the plate and let's see what your bonuses will be!!

I'm taking my time
It's not unusual for me to carry a full points story in reserve just in case I have the burning desire to ask something. I suspect that points posts will work best either as an entire forum with one thread per person's question, or one thread by Clare that she updates, much like MeiLin did, filtering all the approved questions up to her original, continually-edited post.
That was sort of my plan
The blog post is here (and linked from the "support" page)--I haven't bothered to do the whole list thing, though, because there have so far been no more than two stories at a time waiting to be written.

Ok, I think it depends on the spoiler... smaller ones I think are ok but big spoiler - I rather not have them - they could ruin the build up of the story

If the bonus stories are about the past, like the ones we've already had, there's no spoilers - it just fleshes out the characters and world a bit more. And there can be bonus stories about minor characters which have no real impact on the main storyline, but are still interesting to read about! The bonuses don't have to give anything away to be fun :P

What's the status on my bonus story?
In the thinking stage
I'm trying to come up with an idea still. I don't want to do something from the actual founding of the college, because I intend to get that in the main story eventually. But that still leaves hundreds of years of college history to choose from!
My Bonus Story!
Yay I hit 50 points! Sorry to lump another bonus story on you Clare! No rush, you can do it after Sharon's :P
I don't know what I want it to be on yet... I like the idea of something from the college's history, too, so if you come up with more than one idea and don't know what to choose, or if you suddenly get hit with inspiration for a great bonus story and don't have anyone to write it for, I'm quite happy with either of those scenarios!
Otherwise, I thought maybe something else about Naomi? We don't know much about her, or who her friends in college are since she doesn't hang out with Dawn, Edie or Corrie that much.
My Bonus Story
Well, since I am nearing my 50th post, I thought I post my wish for a bonus story. Since I do not know exactly how the time correlates or not and if you already have something similar planned or if something like that was already submitted I would like to submit two suggestions:
1. a story about Vertiline Gravette
and/or
2. a story about or around the foundation of the college

I think I would definitely like to write a story about Vertiline Gravette, but it can't come out until after Book 2 is published!
I'm formulating plans to write an entire book about the founding of the school, so bonus stories are unlikely.

I even thought about a story of her that wouldn't necessarily be or become part of the story arc (read: not necessarily the story that got/made her that statue or something the like - just a story of her life or so - but if you already have an idea about what to write - then it is ok also)

At this point I don't think I could write a story about Vertiline Gravette without giving something away. Anyway, I still have a story about Edie to write...
I know that for the girls Book 2 will be finished sometime late Friday night/early Saturday morning. But there's a lot of stuff that has to happen before then, and I don't plot out the story tightly enough to know how many chapters that will be.

I still think, that the statues have something to do with the faeries - maybe they dispose their "prisoners" in that way? Like after 200 years of playing in their orchestra...
Or they "award" special people who accomplish something for the faeries with becoming a statue (like Alienor Chatoyant) ...

In the evening I usually save all interesting for me articles and read them either in the morning on my way to work or during the dinner break. When I fail to find free time though, I find set of articles in pdf format and download them

I really would like to help you there ... but alas I am mostly out of ideas myself...
...but you always could check out the "official" Bonus Story / Points Rewards page for more suggestions and ideas...
I think the easiest way for a bonus story is:
1. what is (one of) your favorite character(s)
2. what would you like to know about him/her
3. request that as bonus story :)
or
1. there is something you always wanted to know about xyz*
2. request that as bonus story ;)

For my bonus story from the riddle contest I would like to know some more about Paul. Like maybe why he is so complete obsessed with the girl and / or maybe what he does after the binding is put on him to keep him away from her.
